After a project is completed, for how long is the home under warranty?
Each project is covered under Heale Homes Inc by warranty for two (2) years for mechanical and finishing items, and five (5) years for structural concerns. After our scope is completed, our team will follow up at 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and a final visit 18 months after completion to ensure your investment is performing as expected.
How often are the budget and project schedule updated?
Each budget and schedule document is updated within five (5) working days of changes to ensure the project details and timelines are being actively managed.
What are the typical project sizes that Heale Homes works on?
Projects have ranged from $450,000 to $4,000,000, on homes 1000sq.ft to 10,000sq.ft, for everything from small interior renovations to building top-ups, additions and new-build construction. Each of our projects' trade partners are hand-selected in order to maintain budget requirements and our company's high quality standards. Working with over 150 individual trades and subtrades allow our team to keep project pricing competitive all-the-while delivering the best options we can make available to our clients.
How long does the average project take, start to finish?
